Refund policy

Every piece here is produced fresh, to order, by my distributor, and checked before it ships.

If your order arrives with a printing defect or shipping damage, I'll replace it, free, no argument. Send a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and a corrected piece goes back into production right away.

This is a defect and damage guarantee, not a change-of-mind return. Every piece is made specifically for your order, not pulled from a shelf, so I'm not able to accept returns or issue refunds simply because you've changed your mind. My distributor only covers reprints and refunds for genuine manufacturing defects or shipping damage, not for change-of-mind returns, so that's the honest boundary I can offer here.

If anything arrives wrong, tell me before you decide to just live with it. I'd rather make it right.
